How do I open an account?

Please complete our Become a Dealer form and a Surya sales representative will contact you within two business days to process your request.

New accounts will need to submit the following:

  1. Account Information Form
  2. Resale Certificate / Tax ID
  3. Credit Application and/or
  4. Credit Card Authorization Form


 
Is a minimum order required to open an account?

Yes. Opening order minimums range from $500 to $2,500 depending on size and type of business. We do not have any re-order minimums.



 
How can I obtain a price list?

Surya does not publish price lists. Please complete our Become a Dealer form and a Surya sales representative will contact you with pricing information. We assure you that our pricing is very competitive.



 
Can you send me a catalog?

Only Surya customers receive our print catalog. However, our eCatalog can be accessed by anyone through our website or through our Surya App for iPhone/iPad. Additionally, our complete product assorment can be viewed on our website and is searchable by color, style, collection, construction, material and designer.



 

Consumer - New

Do you sell directly to customers?

Surya does not sell directly to consumers. To purchase Surya products we encourage you to visit the nearest furniture or interior design store. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Service at 1-877-275-7847 to help locate a Surya dealer near you.



 
How do I care for my Surya rug?

I have a problem with a Surya product I purchased. How do I resolve it?
