How do I open an account?

Please complete our Become a Dealer form and a Surya sales representative will contact you within two business days to process your request.

New accounts will need to submit the following:

  • Account Information Form
  • Resale Certificate / Tax ID
  • Credit Application and/or
  • Credit Card Authorization Form

Is a minimum order required to open an account?
Yes. Opening order minimums range from $250 to $2,000 depending on size and type of business. We do not have any re-order minimums.
How can I obtain a price list?
Surya does not publish price lists. Please complete our Become a Dealer form and a Surya sales representative will contact you with pricing information. We assure you that our pricing is very competitive.
Can you send me a catalog?
Only Surya customers receive our print catalog. However, our eCatalog can be accessed by anyone through our website or through our Surya App for iPhone/iPad. Additionally, our complete product assorment can be viewed on our website and is searchable by color, style, collection, construction, material and designer.
I am not a Surya customer. Can I request samples?
Samples are only available to Surya customers. Please complete our Become a Dealer form to become a Surya customer.
How can I obtain a quote for a custom rug?
Please complete our Custom Rug Quote Form and a Surya representative will provide you with a quote within two business days. The minimum custom rug price is $500. Additional information about our Custom Rug Program can be found in your Price List.
How can I check the status of my order?
Surya customers can register for a account here. A account allows you to access real time inventory information as well as place, view and track your orders online.
What is your shipping policy?
Surya will drop ship to end consumers anywhere in the world.
What is your return policy?
We take pride in the quality of our products and our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with an order please review our Return Policy for detailed instructions on how to return an item.
Does Surya belong to any industry organizations?
Please visit our Trade Partners page for a list of industry associations and buying groups that Surya is a member of.


Do you sell directly to consumers?
Surya does not sell directly to consumers. To purchase Surya products we encourage you to visit the nearest furniture or interior design store. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Service at 1-877-275-7847 to help locate a Surya dealer near you.
