SURYA LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY FOR FURNITURE

Surya Inc. provides a limited one-year warranty on our furniture products. We stand behind the quality of our items and want to ensure our customers' peace of mind when purchasing.

Warranty Coverage: The limited one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, residential use* for a period of one year from the receipt date. If a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will replace the part or product free of charge once images of the defect are reviewed.

Exclusions:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
Normal wear and tear, fading, or damage caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity, or temperature changes.
Warranty is void if the customer makes modifications to the furniture, fabric damage due to fabric protection application that causes colorfastness or variations in the fabric, or use of which the product was not designed or intended.

Remedy Exclusions: Liability and exclusive remedy of Surya Inc. under this warranty is limited to actual repair or replacement. Surya's total liability shall not exceed the invoice amount to the original seller. Surya Inc. is not responsible for bodily injury, property loss or damage, removal or relocation of furnishings, or any incidental or consequential damages or costs associated with repair or replacement.

Nontransferable: Warranties extended on Surya products are intended for the protection of the initial purchaser and are not transferable to any other party.

*All furniture sold by Surya Inc. is intended for residential use unless specifically noted as rated for commercial/contract use on the product page.
